Dallas Texas native Miché Wilk has been performing her whole life. She has done everything from piano to gymnastics, to cheerleading, and singing. After studying at the prestigious American Music and Dramatic Academy in New York City, Miché recorded her first platinum record , “Wiggle It.” Miché also studied dance at the Broadway Dance Center under the instruction of renowned teacher Frank Hatchett, specializing in jazz and hip-hop.

Miché continued her career in Las Vegas where she has appeared in many different entertainment venues. Once Miché discovered Zumba Fitness she fell in love with it instantly and soon became a certified instructor. Miché doesn’t do anything in life unless she is 100% committed and believes in it with her whole heart. Sheila hails from Connellsville, Pennsylvania and has been residing in Las Vegas for twenty-five years. A proud mother and wife, Sheila shows her passion for her love of the Lord through praise dancing at her church. She is a dedicated teachers assistant at Las Vegas’ Variety School, where she has overseen the Black History Program for the past seven years.

When Shelia was introduced to Zumba she knew this was what she was meant to do. She first began as an avid student of Zumba, inspired by the intense workout and wonderful music.
