Join our certified Zumba Instructor Miché Wilk for an awesome calorie crushing workout with Latin and other International beats and flavors. Zumba has easy to follow moves that anyone can do.
Our Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominal, and the heart. Our Zumba class is typically not formulaic in that our instructor often adds on their own music choices and choreography to make the class presentation locally unique and fun.
